On Monday the 26th of February mark’ennovy, specialist in Tailor-made disposable toric and multifocal contact lenses, acquired the assets and business of Visaq Limited for an undisclosed sum. With this acquisition, mark’ennovy provides Visaq with a solid European presence and logistical structure from which it can improve service and quality.

Visaq’s full range of monthly disposable contact lenses will continue to be shipped to its customers in the UK and internationally. The 24-hours per day manufacturing plant at Romsey, Hampshire, is equipped with state of the art micro-precision moulding technology to produce toric and aspheric disposable contact lenses to the highest quality and precision.
